Hiring and Training Residential Salespeople and Estimators

On this episode of Paint ED, Randy Fornoff, Nick LoGrasso, and Torlando “Morpheus” Hakes joins us to discuss how to hire and train salespeople and estimators. We end up talking a lot about the distinction between selling and estimating, and the different ways their businesses go about estimating, selling, training, managing and passing on systems to new team members.
