Support Team | Jessica Bader
Jessica Bader is an administrative, operational and event management expert with nearly 15 years of experience working with nonprofits, politicians, corporations, super PACs and startups.
Jessica started her career in Washington, D.C. where she was a key player in the launch of Right Women, Right Now, an initiative that encouraged women to run for state and local office. She has overseen multi-million dollar budgets for direct mail clients, served as a liaison between Tennesseans and federal agencies while working in a US Senate office, and led day-to-day office operations for most of Gov. Bill Lee’s first term. Most recently, Jessica served as Director of Operations for one of Nashville’s leading government affair firms collaborating with clients on billing, scheduling and special events.
Jessica is highly skilled in managing all aspects of events from conception to completion, including overseeing room blocks, signage, food and beverage menus and event scripts. Whether an event for 20 or 2,000, Jessica’s attention to detail, industrious mindset and inherent southern hospitality allows her to run major events with ease. Her experience planning regional fundraisers, gubernatorial inaugurations, election night parties and multi-day staff retreats proves Jessica can tackle any type of event.
Jessica is an active member of Nashville First Baptist Church and sits on several local boards and committees. She enjoys volunteering at her children’s schools, baking, reading and watching Alabama football. Jessica resides in Nashville with her husband
Eric and three children, Mary Charles, Lottie and Calvin.
