For over two decades, Chris Elliott has been a passionate advocate for leadership and team development, culminating in his role as the Founder and President of ONiT Painting, a prominent Residential and Commercial painting contractor based in Indianapolis, IN. Under Chris’s visionary leadership, ONiT Painting has rapidly evolved into one of the nation’s most dynamic and fastest-growing painting contractors.
In addition to his role at ONiT Painting, Chris is also actively engaged as the founder and owner of an invitation-only mastermind group tailored for contractor business owners and CEOs. This exclusive group fosters collaboration and knowledge sharing among industry leaders.
Chris’s path to entrepreneurship was deeply influenced by his distinguished service in the United States Army, where he proudly served as an Airborne Ranger in the 1/75 Ranger Battalion, stationed in Savannah, GA, and earned the distinction of being a combat veteran. Following his military service, Chris leveraged his exceptional leadership and sales acumen to embark on a successful career in the fitness industry. He assumed management roles in large fitness clubs across the country, consistently achieving remarkable results.
A dedicated contributor to the Indianapolis business community, Chris has made significant contributions by serving on various boards and committees. Notably, he currently serves as a director for the BBB of Central Indiana. His unwavering commitment to community involvement has profoundly shaped his leadership philosophy and business approach.
Chris, along with his wife Emilie, proudly calls Indianapolis home. They are the delighted parents of two sons, Brayden and Camden. Beyond his professional pursuits, Chris maintains an active lifestyle, enjoying activities such as working out, boating, hunting, and sharing a passion for fine wines with Emilie.
