Core Acceleration Consulting, a learning design and training firm, is a key partner on the PCA’s education team. It helps associations and growing companies build training programs that impact performance.
Core Acceleration has spent the better part of a decade helping organizations turn operational knowledge into structured learning. The kind that new hires can follow and leaders can rely on without being in the room. That work includes the PCA’s own 88-module bilingual business training library.
The Core Acceleration team of Max Olson, Sandra Storoschuk, and Scott Shaw each play a role in supporting the PCA. Max and Sandra focus on education strategy and learning design, ensuring the association’s training programs are built on sound adult learning principles and aligned to what painting businesses need. Scott leads the PCA’s business training cohorts, working directly with owners and their teams to put that learning into practice.
The team handles course design, video production, LMS builds, and live facilitation. Programs run in English and Spanish and are built around how adults in the trades learn.
