PCA EXPO 2020, hosted in Phoenix, Arizona, was a gathering place for business owners and painting contractors to get the most up-to-date industry information. With over 600 attendees, this EXPO was the biggest yet. Check out some of the top experiences from EXPO this year. 

All-New Workshops

Totally new in 2020, we offered four interactive workshops for attendees to learn a new topic and spend time creating a custom business plan. Workshop topics included employee training, online marketing, hiring and organizational roles. Upon completion of these two-part sessions, attendees went home with a ready-to-use business plan they developed. 

Hundreds of New Peer Connections

What’s the number one resource attendees love about EXPO? Networking. EXPO 2020 gave attendees the chance to spend three days with motivated peers from across the nation and even other countries. From facilitated conversations during brain meld sessions to lunchtime and evening events, attendees were able to have candid conversations and ask their top industry questions. 

Recognition for a Year of Hard Work

The PCA Industry Awards recognize companies and individuals who have achieved excellence in our industry. In partnership with Benjamin Moore and Sherwin-Williams, we presented 12 awards at EXPO for exceptional project work, business marketing efforts and leadership. 

A Look at 60+ Exhibitors

On day two of EXPO, attendees visited the industry trade show with over 60 exhibitors. This offered a look at the most up-to-date technology, supplies and equipment available. 

Evening Events

Every year, day one and day two of EXPO conclude with evening events. On day one, Benjamin Moore hosted a reception at the EXPO venue which included live music, drinks, hors d’oeuvres and networking. Day two concluded with the Sherwin-Williams night at the rodeo. This event featured a traditional Mexican rodeo, along with a taco bar, drinks, campfires and live music.
